Our story
Founded in 2011 in Lille, our company has experienced exceptional growth, gradually expanding into more than 30 cities across France. Since 2015, our development has accelerated to meet the growing demand for innovative and high-quality real estate solutions.
In 2019, Colocatère reached a significant milestone by surpassing 1,000 rooms managed with the opening of our 15th agency. This remarkable growth continued with the opening of 13 additional agencies between 2020 and 2021, consolidating our national presence and our market leadership.
